By sector
Industries we supply
The same board does very different jobs depending on what is under the strap. These pages set out what fails in each sector and which specification answers it.
Updated
Automotive Packaging
Tier-1 supply runs to the assembly line, not to a warehouse. Packaging that arrives crushed does not just cost a part - it stops a shift.
Pharmaceutical Packaging
Pharma QA does not buy adjectives. It buys a material it can document, from a supplier it can name, with a specification that does not change between batches.
Electronics & Appliance Packaging
High-value, light, and tall. Appliance and electronics pallets fail at the corner long before they fail anywhere else.
Glass, Ceramic & Stone Packaging
The highest-value use of an edge protector there is: the product itself is the edge, and a chipped edge is a rejected consignment.
Chemical & Drum Packaging
Drums and carboys are round, heavy and awkward to unitise. What holds them together on a pallet is strapping - and strapping needs something to bear against.
Textile & Home Furnishing Packaging
Cloth is wound before it is packed. That makes the core as much a production input as the pallet is a despatch input.
Food & Agri Packaging
Agri export is where wood packaging causes the most trouble - and where a pallet with no wood in it solves the most.
Warehouse & E-commerce Packaging
A fulfilment centre does not have a packaging problem. It has a replenishment problem that shows up as a packaging problem.
02How to use these pages
If your sector is not listed
Find the one whose failure mode looks like yours. A ceramics exporter and a marble exporter have the same problem — a flat exposed edge under a strap — even though only one of them is on this list. A drum load and a paint load behave the same way regardless of what is inside the drum.
If nothing matches, describe the load: what it is, how it stacks, how it is strapped and where it goes. That is the information the specification comes from, and it is faster than finding the right label for your industry.
Send us your load, not just your enquiry
Pallet size, stack height, monthly quantity and where it ships. That is enough for us to specify the board and quote it — usually the same working day.
