What this website is

An information site about the paper packaging we manufacture. Nothing on it is an offer to sell at a stated price. Specifications describe the ranges our plant can produce; the specification that applies to any particular supply is the one written on that order’s quotation and accepted by you.

Quotations and orders

• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Where no period is stated, thirty days.
• Minimum order quantities are 10,000 pieces for domestic supply and 50,000 pieces for export, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Custom profiles and non-standard sizing carry a minimum order value of INR 2,00,000 because of tooling and setup.
• Lead times quoted as 2 to 3 working days apply to standard sizes from a confirmed order. Custom tooling adds time, which is stated on the quotation and not assumed.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing, not when it is placed.

Specification and fitness

Where we recommend a specification, we do so from the information you give us about the load. That recommendation is made in good faith and is not a certification of performance for your particular transit conditions. Packaging performance depends on handling, stacking, route, climate and how the load is assembled — all of which are outside our control.

We will always tell you where we think a product is the wrong choice, including where we do not make the right one.

Regulatory information

Statements on this site about ISPM-15 describe the scope of that standard: it governs wood packaging material. Our paper products are not wood packaging material. Acceptance of any packaging for a specific consignment, lane or destination remains a matter for you, your consignee and your freight forwarder, and we recommend confirming it with them.

HSN codes and GST rates published on this site are those confirmed by our chartered accountant for our own products, with the date of confirmation shown. They are general guidance and are not tax advice. Confirm classification with your own CA or GST practitioner before relying on it.

Delivery information

Distances shown on location pages are driving routes measured from our plant. Despatch schedules shown are indicative and are confirmed on your quotation. Industrial estate names are published to describe the areas we serve and do not imply an existing customer in any named estate.

The calculators

The size calculator and the damage cost calculator run entirely in your browser and produce indicative results from the figures you enter. They are not engineering certifications or financial advice. Nothing you type into them is sent to us or stored.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability in connection with any supply is limited to the value of the goods supplied, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing on this website forms part of a contract unless it is repeated on an accepted quotation.

Governing law

These terms and any supply made under them are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
