Minimum order is 10,000 pcs for domestic supply and 50,000 pcs for export. We put it here rather than at the end of a week of emails. Below that, ask us about a standing order spread across despatches — that often works where a single order does not.

Within one working day, usually the same day. If your enquiry lands on a Sunday it is read on Monday morning — we would rather say that than promise an hour we cannot keep.
No. Give us the pallet footprint, stack height, load weight and whether it is stacked in transit. That is enough to specify the board. The size calculator on this site will give you a starting point if you want one before you write.
Both. A price without a specification is not comparable against anything, which is why our quotes carry the leg size, thickness, ply and length on them.
Yes — tick the sample box and tell us the size and ply you want to see. A sample of the wrong grade tells you nothing, so the specification matters more than the speed here.
