02How export works here
Full containers, written specifications, no timber paperwork
Paper edge protection is light and takes up a lot of space, so a container fills by volume long before it reaches its weight limit. That is why we sell for export by the full container, mixing sizes if you need to, and why the export minimum is 50,000 pcs. Small consignments of a bulky product cost more in freight than they are worth.
Every size ships with a specification sheet — leg, thickness, ply, GSM, cut length — in millimetres and, for North American buyers, in inches. The same numbers appear on the invoice and the packing list, so your receiving team checks one set of figures, not three.
None of what we make contains wood. ISPM-15 applies to wood packaging material only, so our paper pallets and edge protectors need no heat treatment, no fumigation and no IPPC stamp for any destination.
Our plant is in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, the same district as ICD Dadri, the eastern end of the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor to the Gujarat and Mumbai ports. The loading port for your order is confirmed on the quote.
