Pharmaceutical Packaging Supplies
Pharma QA does not buy adjectives. It buys a material it can document, from a supplier it can name, with a specification that does not change between batches.

01The problem, specifically
Where the damage actually happens
A pharma despatch carries two risks that other industries do not: contamination of the outer pack, and a QA audit that asks what the packaging is made of. Timber packaging brings treatment chemistry and pest-control records into a clean supply chain. Recycled kraft with a stated GSM and ply brings a specification instead.
Every input needs a documented specification
Auditors ask what the secondary packaging is, where it came from and whether it changed. A supplier who cannot answer in writing becomes the finding.
Contamination risk from treated wood
Heat-treated and fumigated timber carries a treatment history. Kraft board does not have one to carry.
Temperature and humidity in transit
Formulation shipments move through monsoon yards and un-conditioned trucks. Packaging that softens and collapses takes the carton with it.
Batch traceability down to the outer
When a batch is recalled, the outer pack has to be identifiable too.
02What we supply
The build that works here
For formulation and packaging units the common build is a mid-range board - 4 to 6 mm, 5 to 7 ply - on all four pallet corners, strapped with PET rather than steel so there is no rust and no cut hazard on the receiving dock. Where the despatch is exported, a paper pallet keeps the entire unit load outside the wood-packaging standard, which removes a treatment record from the file.
Edge protection
Paper Angle Board
Paper angle board is an L-profile kraft board that takes the compression load off your pallet corners. 3-12 ply, 30x30 mm to 100x100 mm,…

L Shape Edge Protector
An L shape edge protector is the standard 90-degree profile - two equal legs that sit on a pallet corner and carry the strap.…

U Shape Edge Protector
A U shape edge protector is a channel profile that wraps a flat edge on three sides. Used where the thing being protected is…
No ISPM-15 needed
Paper Pallet (Honeycomb)
We are a paper pallet manufacturer: a pallet made entirely from recycled kraft. No heat treatment, no fumigation, no IPPC stamp, no NPPO registration…
Strapping
PET Strap
PET strap manufacturer and supplier of high-tensile polyester strapping for palletised and heavy loads - the safe replacement for steel strap, with retained tension…
03Compliance
What applies here, and what does not
We publish the GSM range, ply range, thickness range and HSN for every product, so your QA can file a specification rather than a promise. Third-party certification is coming soon; until a certificate is issued we will not claim one, and the day it is, the number goes on our certifications page.
04Where this sector sits
Baddi and the surrounding belt
Baddi, along with the Barotiwala and Nalagarh belt, is the largest pharma cluster in India by unit count. Neemrana and Ghiloth carry a growing formulation base closer to us.
Baddi is 332 km from our plant by road — about 4 hr 10 min in clear traffic.

05Questions buyers ask
Questions from pharmaceutical buyers
It is recycled kraft used as secondary and tertiary packaging - outside the primary pack. It is not a primary contact material and we do not present it as one. If your requirement is a contact-grade material, tell us and we will say plainly whether we can meet it.
Yes. GSM range, ply, thickness, leg dimension, HSN and despatch details are all documented and can be issued against an order.
Not yet — certification is coming soon. We would rather write that here than imply otherwise; the certificate number and a downloadable copy will be published once it is issued.
Because ISPM-15 - heat treatment, fumigation, NPPO registration, the IPPC mark - applies to wood packaging material. A kraft pallet and kraft edge protection are not wood packaging, so none of it applies.
Tell us what you ship, not just what you need
The specification comes out of the load: what is on the pallet, how high it stacks, how hard it is strapped and where it goes. Give us those and the quote comes back with a spec on it.
