Electronics & Appliance Packaging
High-value, light, and tall. Appliance and electronics pallets fail at the corner long before they fail anywhere else.

01The problem, specifically
Where the damage actually happens
Appliance cartons are large and comparatively light, which means the stack is tall and the strap has to do a lot of work to keep it together. That combination puts all of the load on four vertical edges made of nothing but corrugated board - and a single crushed corner writes off a unit that cost far more than the packaging around it.
Tall stacks concentrate load on the corners
The taller the unit load, the more the corner carries. Without a rigid vertical member, the carton edge is the structure.
High value per carton
A damaged washing machine or television is not a packaging cost, it is a product write-off plus a replacement despatch.
Handling damage at every transfer
Electronics move through more transfers than most goods - plant, hub, distributor, retailer. Every transfer is a forklift near a corner.
Retail-ready appearance matters
A scuffed or dented outer arrives at a modern-trade dock and gets rejected on appearance alone.
02What we supply
The build that works here
For tall appliance stacks the effective build is a full-height board on all four corners plus a wrap-around frame on the top deck, which is where the strap does its crushing. Leg size is usually 50x50 mm to 75x75 mm; thickness is driven by stack height rather than weight. Because the load is light relative to its size, a paper pallet often works here where it would not under a machine bed - and takes weight out of an air freight bill.
Edge protection
Paper Angle Board
Paper angle board is an L-profile kraft board that takes the compression load off your pallet corners. 3-12 ply, 30x30 mm to 100x100 mm,…

Wrap Around Edge Board
A wrap around edge board is one scored length that folds around the full perimeter instead of four separate corners. Notched, the same board…

Paper Pallet (Honeycomb)
We are a paper pallet manufacturer: a pallet made entirely from recycled kraft. No heat treatment, no fumigation, no IPPC stamp, no NPPO registration…
03Compliance
What applies here, and what does not
For electronics being exported, the ISPM-15 exemption on paper pallets removes both the treatment cost and the risk of a consignment being held at customs over a mark that has rubbed off in transit.
04Where this sector sits
Greater Noida and the surrounding belt
The Ecotech belt in Greater Noida and Noida Phase 2 carry most of the region's appliance and mobile assembly. Our plant sits inside Greater Noida, which is why despatches to these estates usually leave the same day.
Greater Noida is 8 km from our plant by road — about 10 min in clear traffic.

05Questions buyers ask
Questions from electronics & appliances buyers
Plain kraft board is not an anti-static material and we will not describe it as one. It is used as outer edge protection on the pallet, outside the ESD-controlled primary and secondary pack. For anything requiring a documented surface resistance inside the pack, that is a different material and a different supplier.
Usually 50x50 mm to 75x75 mm at full stack height, with a wrap-around top frame. Send us the carton dimensions and stack pattern and we will specify it rather than guess.
Printing is available on request. Tell us what mark you need when you enquire.
The plant is in Jalpura, Sector 1, Greater Noida, roughly 8 km from the Ecotech belt. Same-day despatch is the normal case for standard sizes here.
Tell us what you ship, not just what you need
The specification comes out of the load: what is on the pallet, how high it stacks, how hard it is strapped and where it goes. Give us those and the quote comes back with a spec on it.
