Our Plant
We convert paper angle board, paper pallets and paper core tubes at our own plant at Khasra No. 226-227, Sector 1, Jalpura, Greater Noida. Everything we sell is made here; nothing is bought in and relabelled.
What happens on site
Kraft comes in as reels. It is laminated into board, formed to profile, cut to the length on the order, and bundled for despatch. The variables an order actually sets — ply, grammage, leg size, thickness, cut length — are set at those stages, which is why a specification change is a production change and not a warehouse pick.
That is also why the lead time is 2 to 3 working days rather than same-day: your order is made, not picked.
Come and see it
The pictures on this page are ours, taken at the plant, not stock photography. Even so, a photograph settles very little: it cannot show you whether a board holds its edge under a strap at the tension you actually use. Visitors are welcome. Call ahead so somebody who can answer technical questions is on site rather than just the line running.
The office is on the same site as the line, which is the reason a specification question usually gets answered the same day it is asked.
Send us your load, not just your enquiry
Pallet size, stack height, monthly quantity and where it ships. That is enough for us to specify the board and quote it — usually the same working day.
